Would totally recommend for a peaceful and different way to see the city

Great kayaking on the canal, would totally recommend for a peaceful and different way to see the city. On a beautiful day, cannot beat it. Guides were professional, focused on all levels of kayakers with a safety briefing and tips on how to use the kayak properly. Good local knowledge of the canal and the surrounding sights. Would definitely return, worth spending ~3 hours!

Highlight of my trip!

Great, unique experience and a highlight of my trip. The guide Dylan was friendly, knowledgable, and funny. Met a lovely group of people also on the tour and the brewery was excellent. Would recommend for a trip to Montreal!

We enjoyed the water ride as much as we learned in terms of technique

I had a two-hour course with Gustave. He is excellent, attentive to every detail and to each one's gestures and evolution, with such a relaxed vibe that we enjoyed the water ride as much as we learned in terms of technique. He was also very patient and encouraging, answering all questions (constantly alternating between English and French to meet the needs of both language speakers participating in the course). Thank you Gustave, and thank you H2O, for offering such professional accompaniment.

A different way to experience Montreal.
Highly recommend!

What a nice team at H2O Adventures! There are lots of types of boats available for rent. I took a 3 hour guided tour that took us by kayak along the Lachine Canal from Atwater Market to the edge of old Montreal. The guide was knowledgeable and let individual kayakers paddle at their own pace. Going through the locks was a new and fun experience! You can see many birds and learn about the history of the canal and there is even time for a washroom break before heading back to home base. I highly recommend this outfitter for a different way to experience our city.
